Oil Skimmer YSF2-25150
The oil skimmer is used to separate non-water-soluble oils floating on the surface of the water tank. It is suitable for removing liquid oils such as lubricating oil and cutting oil. In the cooling system and lubrication system of mechanical equipment, various liquid oils will enter the water tank during processing and operation, and participate in the cooling cycle, which will affect the cutting cooling function and produce odor, which will have a negative impact on the environment and health. Therefore, the use of oil-water separators can purposefully solve such problems and help enterprises to produce normally.
Product Advantages
- The scraper contact end adopts a flange design to extend the life of the belt. The mounting hole slide design can be adjusted in multiple positions;
- The stick guard is raised to prevent the belt from running off;
- The mounting ear can be adjusted up and down;
- A filter is added at the bottom to prevent oil sludge and iron filings from entering the inner side of the belt;
- The belt tensioning mechanism is built-in.
